Neutralized two deteriorated tanks of Sulphur Dioxide found in an abandoned Greek military facility. A slow leak had developed in one of the tanks that required a rapid response.

Processed 72 well cutters containing Boron Trifluoride for oil well maintenance company.

Transferred Methyl Bromide pesticide from thirty-two 100 kg containers into ton bulk containers to facilitate transport from Africa to an incineration facility located in Germany.

Guacara, – IES inventoried and evaluated 250 cylinders at the request of BOC Gases.

Las Morochas – IES neutralized 63 well cutters containing approximately 160 pounds of Bromine Trifluoride. Well cutters are used to literally cut steel pipe at points below the surface of the earth. 

Mobilized two person crew to evacuate and neutralize the content of 3 deteriorated Chlorine cylinders on Wake Island.

Grimbergen IES technicians neutralized a single cylinder of Tetrafluorohydrazine, a shock sensitive rocket fuel component. Due to the potential of an explosive reaction, the cylinder was secured within an armored chamber and the cylinder valve remotely actuated. 

Kuwait City – ISE neutralized 19 chemical cutters containing Boron Trifluoride. Chemical cutters are used to cut casing well below the surface of the earth.

IES technicians, working for the Hong Kong Fire Services Division, inventoried and disposed of hundreds of confiscated cylinders including ton containers of Chlorine as well as pyrophoric gases used in the manufacture of microchips. The IES ton container overpack was used to transport cylinder of concern.
