Often times IES is tasked with locating cylinders that have been buried at both industrial and remote locations. With little historical data and high risk associated with rupturing a compressed gas cylinder, non-destructive excavation provides a safe alternative.Using either a hydro vacuum system that delivers up to 20,000 psi of water or a pneumatically operated air knife our team of specialist can safely remove soil from in and around damaged cylinders while also maintaining the integrity of buried water lines and other utilities. The increased safety level provides operators peace of mind when working in high hazard conditions.
